This includes monitoring for transactions that are unusually large, appear to be structured to avoid triggering identification or reporting requirements, or for any other activity that the company deems unusual or suspicious.

- All customer data collected for KYC purposes will be securely stored and protected in accordance with our Data Protection and Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share customer data with third parties for marketing purposes.
- Customer information is treated as confidential and is only used for the purposes of complying with legal requirements and ensuring the security of customer transactions.
**6. Compliance:**
- This KYC policy is compliant with Luxembourg and European Union regulations on anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF).
- The policy will be updated as required to remain compliant with legal changes and best practices.
**7. Customer Cooperation:**
- Customers are expected to provide accurate and up-to-date information and cooperate with any requests for additional documentation or information as part of our ongoing due diligence and monitoring processes.
**8. Policy Enforcement:**
- Failure to comply with this KYC policy may result in refusal of transaction processing, account suspension, or termination of business relations.
